Sulden at the Ortler is a very snow-safe skiing area with modern plants. Over 40 km slopes will let also fastidiously ski drivers come at your expense. Our houses lies optimally in the midst of the winter sport sites, directly at the cable railway. Behind our house you will find a paradise for your kids in the ski kindergarden of the ski school “Gustav Thöni Sulden”.

Here they learn easy ski driving and are pleased, if you, dear parents comning in the afternoon from the Madritsch home. Vacation is also called time for the partner, and which does not have a partner, will find certainly one during the ski-hare-hunted.

Try also once in company of an examined ski leader one of the numerous deep snow departures in our high mountain valley. The months are particularly suitable starting from January, if the powder snow makes breath-robbing departures possible.

Hardly another skiing area has as many sun days as Sulden. Usually it snows in October and you already find open slopes beginning of November at the Madritsch.

You find the largest skiing area at the Madritsch, which you reach comfortably with the cable railway of Sulden. In only few steps you reach the valley station

You find here above everything that lets real the ski driver heart strike more highly. 3 seating lifts are connected to bring you up to 3.250 mt. Clearly that snow security is not topic there. From the end of October start the ski season and ends only in May. Here you find also the highest “Igloobar” of Europe.

	At the Madritsch you find also the ski hut number 1 in Sulden, the “Madritschhütte”. Live music and differently Events are here daily program.
Noon sleep in the sun is very impotrtant

A challenge for experienced drivers is the “Langenstein”. This valley departure makes for it in addition, correctly fun.At the “Langenstein” you will find a double armchair lifts, which brings you up to the “K2” hut. There further 2 other lifts and a large ski area are to you at the disposal. Variant drivers find fastidious forest departures.

At the opposite side you find a paradise for Suns lovers. The “Kanzel railway brings you on the “Panoramaterasse” Suldens. Here you can enjoy the view on Sulden and find also as beginners after the first attempts at the exercise slope. Since 2002 there is also communications to the cable railway station. The way is open to you over this slope to  the Madritsch without ski bus
